Lenn is a committed real estate professional, who works diligently with customers and clients to find the home that best suits them. Lenn specializes in residential sales throughout the city, with a strong focus on townhouses and new developments in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. He believes the Harlem neighborhood to be among the most interesting and unique places on earth.

Lenn, a graduate of Columbia University, attended independent private schools in Manhattan. He cherishes the diversity of the city, is an avid theatergoer and enjoys discovering great new finds—he never tires of NYC. A trained singer, he has performed in local cabarets. When not in the city, he enjoys time at his house in Hudson Valley, NY.
Andre Alves is a native of Brazil, but made the move to NY from Miami, to go back to graduate school. After graduating with a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning and got involved in directing indie and commercial movies. Andre worked in commercial land development with a local engineering firm, consulting for national retail clients, where he led their entitlement and due diligent efforts throughout the east coast.
Andre understands that you have many options when it comes time to choose a Realtor and appreciates the opportunity to work with you in order to achieve your real estate goals. His mission is to treat every client as if they were his only client. Andre will act as your guide throughout the home buying and/or selling process and always keep you informed, treat you with respect and negotiate fiercely, but fairly, on your behalf. Andre is a firm believer in real estate as a personal investment vehicle. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers as a real estate broker, Andre has also renovated, managed and sold multifamily buildings. When he's not working clients around the city he loves, Andre spends his time involved in teaching how to direct film in a community youth program.
